NDP 2021: The Road Ahead (music video)

I was involved in multiple roles for this project, most namely visual development, illustration, and assistant animating.

For the initial pitch, I came up with style frames that established the oil-painted style of the climax, which I later worked on as a frame-by-frame background painter (as seen in the still above). I also provided concept art for the colour pencil sections of the 2nd verse (below, 1-2).

I also worked on illustrations that were used as motion graphics assets for the final chorus (3-5). Illustrations were based off pre-approved photographs. 

In addition, I was involved in storyboarding, in-betweening, and colouring.

Worked in TVPaint, Photoshop with AnimDessin, and EbSynth.
